Our hub events provide shared experiences that aim to combat isolation, and loneliness, that builds confidence resulting in more social inclusion.

All in a space free from judgement or stigma.

Each hub event is also designed to help individuals cultivate clarity of thought, emotional confidence, and a renewed sense of wellbeing guided by our philosophy of being transformed by the renewing of the mind and our A.W.A.K.E. program and ethos of Allow Wellbeing, Allow Knowledge, Everyday that is supported by compassion, understanding, respect, and empathy.
